By submission to Thai Research Archives Repository (TRAR), the author(s) or the copyright owner has granted TRAR the right to publish your submission, including an abstract, on its website and affiliates in digital formats. TRAR has announced the right to use digital files in our database according to Creative Common Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) The users are free to use the resources as long as the sources are cited. It is for non-commercial purposes and there are no adaptations. The Creative Commons logo has already been placed on this License page. "Measure and Guideline for Misuse of TRAR Information Resources"

 

Thai Research Archives provides open access repository as to distribute knowledge and resources of National Research Council of Thailand  communities or resources that National Research Council of Thailand reserves copyrights and/or resources that National Research Council of Thailand reserves rights to publish for the purpose of study and research.

 

Thai Research Archives only allows users to download and share information resources with credit/reference and without adaptation in any way or use for commercial purposes. If any misuse of information resources was found, the Thai Research Archives will proceed as follows:

  1. Notice to the wrongdoer to stop misusing content and to withdraw any resources which is the result of misuse of information resources. (If already published)
  2. If any resources which is the result of misuse of information resources was published by any organization, Thai Research Archives will notify that organization to withdraw those resources.
  3. If the wrongdoer is not giving any cooperation, Thai Research Archives will report the case to National Research Council of Thailand legal unit to take action in accordance with the law.
